Ad layout

The following is information on the standard ad layout on Gamepedia.

Ad terminology[edit | edit source]

ATF: Above The Fold - Displays near the top of the page and is visible prior to scrolling.

BTF: Below The Fold - Displays lower on the page and is not visible until a user has scrolled.

Leaderboard - 728x90 typically known as a "banner ad".

MRec: Medium Rectangle - 300x250 rectangular ads - Can be confused for a square.

Distroscale - 400x250 rectangular video ad - Displays a video followed by Gamepedia related content.

Sticky Rail - Right side rail that remains "sticky" on the page as you scroll.

ABR: Ad-Block Recovery - When adblock is detected, a substitute is inserted.

Twitch Embed Unit - A Twitch Video/Chat player that only loads and plays in view.
