Hydralytics is an extension that allows wiki administrators to view analytics about the wiki:
- Most visited pages
- Number of pageviews
- Number of visitors (new and returning)
- Most viewed files
- Mobile vs. desktop views
- Browsers used
- Which countries the site was accessed from
- Number of edits
- Logged in vs. anonymous edits
- Active editors (global and last 30 days)
- Most used search terms
- Quick links to wiki manager(s), community managers, and Help wiki links
Hydralitics are intended to be used as a helpful tool for growing a wiki by identifying popular search terms and articles (see SEO best practices for more details), contributors, gauging the performance of the wiki etc.
